hi, i am again here,
i asked a person to transfer money to my paypal account, and he did i also received that and my paypal is having balance of some $100, but whenever i try to make payment it ask me to add a card and the amount to be pay is always less than $100. what should be done in such a case.

please suggest

nope , From india you can only use credit card to put money into paypal. Or ask someone else with paypal and wire him money using EFT.
